Rupert Murdoch and the New York Times

Rupert Murdoch already owns The Wall Street Journal and The New York Post. Is The New York Times next? According to this, we could have an answer later this year when the company must pay lenders about $400 million.
Murdoch seems to be the only bright spot in newspapers these days.
While the Times is still a fine read, it could certainly be better. If Murdoch is not able to shake things up there, hopefully something or someone else will.
