Activist aims to remake college dining halls

Mother Jones has a story about how 29-year-old Tim Galarneau wants to remake college dining halls by trying to convince 1,000 colleges and universities to buy 20 percent of their food from sustainable sources by 2020.
I got out of college in 2000 and the place I went to seemed relatively enlightened at the time about food choices. There was a wok with veggies to stir fry, a salad bar, a place to make sandwiches, and you could even get veggie burgers and veggie hot dogs.

The best coffee

Consumer Reports, according to this, has found the best coffee. And, no, it is not Starbucks. It's Eight O'Clock Colombian coffee.
Maybe Eight O'Clock needs to build a large chain of coffee houses.
